Hometown
: Resides in Plainwell, Michigan
Years Hunting: 28 years. Has been on Ameristep's Prostaff for the last 2 years.

Favorite animal to hunt: Whitetail and Turkeys, also hunt Elk, Mule Deer, Antelope and Black bear. Compound Bow is my weapon of choice.

TV appearances/ affiliations: Not at this time but aspires to have his own hunting show with his daughter that is based on taking kids on a fun hunting adventure.

Other Prostaff Experience: Regional Prostaff Manager for Mossy Oak camo and Regional Prostaff Manager for Montana Decoy.  I am also on the prostaff for PSE Archery, Aftershock Archery "Team manic" and Hips Targets.

Family: Married to Tammy and one daughter, Kaelynne.

Experience: Almost everything I have learned about hunting I have learned on my own. This is why I enjoy taking the time to talk to others and share my experiences and knowledge, especially with today's youth.

Work/Hobbies: Certified for the National Archery in the Schools Program (N.A.S.P.) as an instructor and has also been through the George Chapman's Archery Technical and Archery Shooters School.  My dream hunt would be to hunt Africa and New Zealand.
Hunting Quote: "If you want more meat, shoot a doe, if you want more antler let'em grow."
Hunting tip:  When shooting a bow from an elevated platform, always remember to bend at the waist when aiming in a downward direction. Do not just lower your arm holding the bow to adjust for the angle, this will cause you to make a bad shot every time.
